MGK is a resource center located in Nomba Village, Mozambique. The center provides expertise, resources and programs that promote development on economic, agricultural and spiritual levels. Current projects include animal husbandry, medicinal herb farms, and rocket stove construction. MGK follows the lead of the local Yao who choose which development projects to start. Their next big project is a film library which would house video clips of folk stories, local events, and possibly creative projects.

The Mozambiquan band Massukos was generous enough to share the song rights for our trailer. Massukos front-man Feliciano Dos Santos grew up in Niassa, the province where Nomba Village is located. Dos Santos founded the award-winning NGO called Estamos, which campaigns for water sanitation and HIV/AIDS hygeine. Massukos play concerts internationally and have been featured by National Geographic, the BBC, and USA Today.
